The staff here are highly professional, caring and genuinely helpful. While I won't go so far as to say my dogs 'enjoy' going here, I know they're in safe hands while they're there. Highly recommended and I am definitely a happy customer.
Utterly insensitive. 2 people demanding payment as I sat with my dog dying in my arms, couldn't have given me a few minutes to say goodbye. When I wrote a letter explaining how distressing their treatment of me was, no reply. Go anywhere but here.

I recently visited the surgery in Sherborne for the first time with my new kitten.It had been recommended to me by several people and I'm pleased to say it lived up to all my expectations.All members of staff from the receptionists to the surgeon we saw were extremely friendly and put me and my pet at ease instantly.We saw surgeon Mark who was so gentle and caring towards my kitten despite having never met him before. It was lovely!I would highly recommend.
